2007 MORICHES ANGLERS MONTHLY DERBIES

   GENERAL CLUB DERBY RULES

1)      Club rules apply on all fish derbies.

2)      Derbies run from Monday to Sunday

3)      All weigh-in slips must be handed in at Chets (B&B Tackle) on or before 2:00 pm on Sunday.

4)      The angler and the weigh master must sign every weigh-in slip.

 NOTE

 Before the start of each derby, the angler is allowed to fish Sunday and must choose the one other day he wants to fish during the week.  (You are only allowed to fish two days during the duration of the Derby, Sunday plus one other day) this will level the playing field and make it fair from the retired guys to the people who work all week.  This new rule will be implemented this year.  This should bring more participation during the club derbies.

OPTIONAL  Entry fee is $20.00 per angler as a separate Calcutta , per derby per angler! 

ADDITIONAL DAY TO BE FISHED MUST BE RECORDED UPON SIGNING UP FOR PARTICIPATION IN DERBIES.

Prizes include a $100.00 donation from the club; if funds are available.

Prizes will be divided as follows:

1^st Place 50%

2^nd Place 30%

3^rd Place 20%

Prizes will be awarded at Chets (B&B Tackle) on Sunday

June 1^st thru 30^th                    BAYMENS DERBY               Total points of any 3 fish

August 1^st thru 31^st                 MORICHES REEF               Total pts of 3 fish pending

September 1^st thru 30^th          KIDS & LADIES DERBY     At Club Picnic (Fluke/Sea Robin)    

October 1^st thru 31^st               BLUEFISH/BLACKFISH     Total Points of 2 Fish
